Open, objective thinking, along with creativity and some diplomacy allow us to develop realistic goals within time and budget. Sensitive or difficult issues are covered up front, various alternatives are considered based on their merits.

This approach continues through design development, materials selection & ordering, then contractor qualification. We are well versed in current construction materials, techniques and costs but any unknowns are anticipated & researched. Specifications are written and bid out, each construction team member is brought on board with a clear understanding of their role and the level of quality required.
